Two blog posts in as many days: it must be a Blue Moon! And with it comes our Blue Moon Labor Day Sale, a way to say thanks for a wonderful welcome to the new neighborhood by offering 15% off all yarns in store, 30% off a few others, and new additions to the 50% off sale basket.
Note: Trillium will be closed on Saturday and will resume normal summer hours on Tuesday, September 4.

Count 'em! 18 colors of Madelinetosh!
Meanwhile, I'll be working on the class schedule for September. There will be daytime courses and evening courses; beginning knitting and crochet, but if you have any suggestions for classes or projects, please feel free to contact me with your ideas.

Thank you! And now: bridge contruction!
I would like to thank old friends and new who have been so supportive and understanding of the bit of chaos surrounding to our move to the beautiful Country Mile in Morristown. I have seen so many familiar faces and so many new ones and have had such a positive response from all the faces that it's impossible not to see a bright future for Trillium Yarns as the reincarnation of Angelfire Studios. We will be completing our transition in the next couple weeks, and hope to have a little Grand Opening party to celebrate (date to be announced).
But speaking of chaos...
Wouldn't you just know that only a few weeks after I move the store, the powers-that-be have decided that something about the bridge down the street needs to be reconstructed? It's not really a big deal; we're just a little tougher to get to for a few days. We will be closed this Thursday, August 23 due to construction but we will be open the rest of the week during normal summer hours:
(Tues, Wed - 10:30-4:30 and Friday - 10:30-8:30pm and Sat - 11-4pm)
Janice wrote up some great directions for getting to us from 287, and here they are!:
1007 Mt. Kemble Avenue, Morristown, NJ (973) 425-0480
From 287:
Take the Exit for U.S. 202 & N Maple Ave
Head south on N Maple Ave (passing Verizon)
Turn left at the traffic light Madisonville Rd (Bamboo Grille/Country Club)
Continue onto Lees Hill Rd
Slight let on to Baileys Mill Rd
Turn left onto US-202 S/Mt Kemble Ave
Trillium Yarns will be on the right.
Hope to see you all soon!

If it's Friday, August 10...
this must be opening day of Trillium Yarns. Must get back to work, but please stop by and see us tomorrow for our Opening Day Sale - 15% off everything storewide (and the store is a lot wider, now) through Saturday afternoon, door prizes, goodies from the chocolate shop downstairs (worth the trip all by itself) and featuring Kirsten Kapur Designs trunk show! And the unveiling of the new show:
Our new location is:
1007 Mt Kemble Ave, on the Country Mile in Morristown, NJ. We are between Jockey Hollow and 287. If you're coming from 287, we are on the left, after Country Mile Gardens. If you are coming from Morristown, we are on the right just after (seriously - put on your indicator right after you see it) the Minuteman Restaurant.
I look forward to seeing old friends and new and to the beginning of a wonderful new adventure.
